We list below examples of a select number of recent projects which were developed and implemented with PR experts support. 


The 3rd international conference of the EU project "Integrated urban development of historic cities as regional centers in South-Eastern Europe, took place in Chisinau on October 14-15.

Representatives from eight European countries are meeting in Chisinau to discuss the problems and opportunities for revitalization of historic cities of South East Europe

The event was attended by the representatives of local government (heads of departments, chief architects and key professionals in the revitalization of the historic centers) in eight countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

The conference put into debate the issues and opportunities for integrated urban revitalization of historic cities - regional centers of South East Europe and also were discussed the opportunity and mechanisms to build a public-private partnership to develop a pedestrian street in the heart of town Chisinau.


Integrated Urban Development of Vital Historic Towns as Regional Centres in South East Europe (ViTo) , within the South East Europe Transnational Cooperation Programme (SEE) co-financed by EU

This Project joined 11 partners from 8 SEE countries, and its major objectives are as follows:

Developing historical towns to remain attractive places by preserving their heritage and improving the quality of public spaces and meanwhile, to retain their role as regional centres, i.e. foci of economic activities (increasing diversity of economic functions/services), social inclusion and identity.

To counteract inadequate management and a lack of cooperation in urban development the project aims at the capacity building of local governments and other stakeholders to practice good urban governance and to raise awareness of and advocate for good urban governance within SEE.

Innovative cooperative processes will be established to ensure a high quality of the concepts. Thereby accountability and transparency of the processes are main criteria.

Transnational cooperation in the project facilitate to share existing knowledge and best practices as well as to work parallel on different tasks of urban development in a higher intensity and such with a broader added value for the SEE space.


Integrated revitalisation of historical towns to promote a sustainable urban development(INTERREG IIIB CADSES project co-financed by EU)

In the HistUrban 19 project partners from 9 Central and East European countries came together to support the development of attractive and competitive small and medium sized historical towns, using the potential of the built-cultural heritage as a development factor for an integrated, sustainable urban development.

The project partners develop and implement revitalisation approaches for historical towns, combining the urban development with the promotion of the built-cultural heritage. Plai Resurse concentrate in Moldova on the:   organisation of Conferences, workshops and public awareness activities on the revitalisation of historical towns and the results of Hist.Urban to promote the importance of well-functioning historical cities for the economical and spatial development and initiate a broad discussion on revitalisation measures of historical towns; elaboration of a study on the current situation of historical towns in Moldova and selection of a pilot town for the further process; development of a concept for an integrated and implementation-orientated revitalisation approach and guidelines for the rehabilitation, involving relevant local actors for the pilot town of Moldova; implementing small scale rehabilitation examples; investigate possible uses of monumental buildings for economic, administration, tourists and other functions and implementation of a pilot example of partial building rehabilitation.


Partnership for a better environment protection through a selective waste collecting, co-financed by EU.

The overall objective of the project is to improve environmental situation and awareness among population with regard to waste collection and recycling in Cantemir and Cahul municipalities.

The main activities include: Studying the existing modalities of waste recycling; Feasibility study regarding the opportunity to create in the southern part of Moldova units for waste recycling, incineration and biogas generation; Assessment of public awareness and knowledge regarding the selective waste management at the beginning and at the end of the project ; Public awareness; Acquisition and installation of containers for the Green Dots and Community action for selective waste collecting.


Strengthening institutional and human resource capacities in Cantemir Raion to tackle the social consequences of unemployment and design active employment initiatives, co-financed by EU.

The overall objective of the project is to foster social and economic development by strengthening institutional and human resource capacities to tackle the social consequences of unemployment and design active employment initiatives.

The main activities include: skills and employers’ need analyses; assessment of capacities of training providers in the region; establishment of a Job Centre; organisation of Jobs Fair and study tour; provision of formal (seminars, workshops, study tours) and on-the-job training; dissemination of the results.


The creation of an Association of Moldovan Border Regions and the establishment of a Network of public and private sector actors involved in cross-border and regional socio-economic initiatives, co-financed by EU.

The primary objectives of the project are threefold: to foster horizontal collaboration between local authorities in the 11 border regions of Moldova; to enhance partnerships between the public and private sectors in the border regions; and to stimulate cross-border co-operation and trade.


Restoration and maintenance of the Manta Lakes natural environment and ecosystem, co-financed by EU.

The main activities included the elaboration of a strategy for the rehabilitation of the Manta Lakes environment and eco-system and the sustainable use of the Manta Lakes’ natural resources to contribute to the socio-economic rehabilitation of Cahul County. In addition, the project assisted in the identification of the legal and institutional arrangements to ensure the long-term protection of the Manta Lakes’ region, the creation of a Manta Lakes Monitoring Centre, the development of a monitoring system and database, human resource capacity building through the provision of study tours and formal and informal training, and the dissemination of lessons learned and best practise.


Sustainable Regional Development in Lapusna County, co-financed by EU.

The project carried out socio-economic audit and elaborated regional economic development strategy; established a Regional Development Agency; built and strengthened institutional and human resource capacity to design, manage and implement a regional economic development strategy; strengthened the capacity of the social partners and NGOs to participate in the structures and processes of regional economic development; established a model of best practise for cross-border economic co-operation.


Assistance for entrepreneurs and SMEs through the creation and development of the Business Incubator “BISME, co-financed by EU.

The overall objective was to stimulate economic growth and through facilitation of SME development and entrepreneurship. As the development of the SME sector is one of the most essential models for the transition into a market economy, this project aimed to promote growth in this sector. The project team managed to set up a business incubator in Hincesti and to prepare a business plan for it; To train business incubator staff in the field of entrepreneurial business advisory services; to screen and consult entrepreneurs and SME's in Hincesti County; to develop cross border corporation and trade between Moldovan and Romanian regions; To disseminate good practice and know-how in Moldova.


Creation of a Regional Tourism Agency and Wine (eco) Route Development, co-financed by EU.

The objective of the project was the development of the local capacity regarding tourism, and wine(eco) tourism in particular. This aim was particularly achieved through the support in the preparation of a feasibility study on potential of tourism development, database creation about Moldova’s tourist information; brochures publications and video film about Moldova in general, and wine(eco) tourism development in particular; capacity building.
